Ingredients
1 cup vegan mayonnaise1/4 to 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or soy milk3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1 tablespoon minced chives2 teaspoons cider vinegar1 garlic clove, minced3/4 teaspoon onion powder1/2 teaspoon dill weed1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. If desired, garnish with additional chives.
