2 cups almond flour1/4 cup ground flaxseed2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt5 large eggs, room temperature, lightly beaten1/2 cup warm water1/3 cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8×4-in. loaf pan with parchment.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flaxseed, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, water and butter. Stir into dry ingredients. Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
