You won’t have to make cinnamon rolls from scratch for this simple recipe. Thanks to the magic and ease of canned cinnamon roll dough, from start to finish, you’ll be digging into these heavenly delights in under 45 minutes.

How to Make Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls
This recipe makes 5 apple pie cinnamon rolls.
1 package canned cinnamon rolls with icing
1/3 cup apple butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon apple pie spice

Step 1: Spread rolls with apple butter
Preheat the oven to 350°F (or to the temperature listed on the cinnamon roll package directions).
Open the can of cinnamon rolls as directed. Then, carefully unroll the dough on a clean surface and spread the apple butter over the top in an even layer.
Step 2: Reroll and separate
Gently roll the dough back up and then separate along the perforated lines. Arrange the rolls in an ungreased, 9-inch round baking pan.
