1 cup sliced sweet onion1 cup julienned green pepper1 tablespoon butter8 eggs, beaten1 tablespoon minced fresh basil1/2 teaspoon dried oregano1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper4 whole pita breads, warmed1 large tomato, sliced1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in butter for 3 minutes or until tender. Add the eggs, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Spoon onto pita bread. Top with tomato and cheese.
