1 cup all-purpose flour2 teaspoons paprika1-1/2 teaspoons salt1 teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon pepper2 large eggs, lightly beaten1 cup 2% milk8 chicken drumsticks Oil for deep-fat frying


In a shallow bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Place chicken in flour mixture, a few pieces at a time. Turn to coat, shaking off excess. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat again in flour mixture.

In an electric skillet or deep fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry chicken, several pieces at a time, until chicken is golden brown and juices run clear, 7-8 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
