1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce6 garlic cloves, minced1 tablespoon each minced fresh basil, rosemary and sage1 tablespoon ground mustard1 pork loin roast (3-1/2 pounds)8 green onions, chopped2 tablespoons butter1/4 cup brown gravy mix2-1/2 cups beef broth1-1/4 cups sour cream2 tablespoons prepared horseradish


Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.
