Preheat air fryer to 400°. Scrub potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub potatoes with butter mixture. Wrap each tightly with a piece of foil. Place potatoes in a single layer in air fryer. Cook until fork tender, 35-45 minutes, rotating halfway through.
